Sonarr not moving files as qbitt downloads them

Sonarr doesn't move torrents. It copies or hardlinks, depending on whether you have it set to do so and if it can. It will sometimes go back and delete your torrents if you have your settings correct and it can, once it meets your seeding bltadwin.rug: qbitt. The files download correctly, Sonarr (and Radarr) sees it download just fine, as the progress bar has filled purple, but it isn't actually completing the process by moving the files. Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: L:\Completed\bltadwin.ruCloseMissing: qbitt. Set logs in Sonarr to Trace (temporarily) and download + import/copy the episode, then provide the log if the above doesn't work. SAB and Transmission remove the downloads from their download list. But the files stay in the temporary download folder after Sonarr copies them to the media bltadwin.rug: qbitt.

I am having a problem getting Sonarr to post-process downloaded files, then move them to my Plex media folder. Sonarr runs as myuser and Sabnzbd runs as sabnzbd. Sabnzbd downloads to /home/sabnzbd/. However, when the download is complete, is stays in the completed folder and doesn't get renamed. on the sonarr, there is a yellow icon next to the download progress (download shown as complete on sonarr also) and it says "No files found are eligible for import *File location of the downloaded file". Sonarr is sending files to Sab, and is moving renaming them just great, but it doesn't delete the original downloads. So I have to go in and delete them manually every so often, which is a pain. I use newznab, not torrents, so seeding isn't an issue. I have complete download handling set. I set the permissions on the download folder to "anyone".
